The San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 11th Annual Women's Leadership Awards Luncheon to recognize 5 award categories for exceptional women leaders in our community: Ignite: Rising Star Award, Inspire: Women-Owned Business Award, Impact: The Legacy & Merit Award, The Advocacy Award, and the Service Award.
Hosted during Women’s History Month, the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Women’s Leadership Awards Luncheon was created to publicly recognize the economic contributions and advancement women business leaders bring to the San Antonio Community.

Chris Alderete owns a small business—The Rose Boutique—a flower shop on the West Side of San Antonio. She currently serves as Board Chair of Port San Antonio, a 1,900-acre technology and innovation campus generating over $5 billion in annual economic activity in the region.

Inspire: Women Owned Business Award
A true inspiration too many and proven leader with both education and hands on experience of over 24 years in health & fitness coordinating, personal training, group fitness, sports performance and orthopedic spine and sports therapy.

Marianna Lujan
Davila Construction, Inc.
Ignite: Rising Star Award
Marianna began her tenure on the Executive Team for Davila Construction in January 2012 and is responsible for managing minority out reach, client relationships and governmental affairs.

Dr. Lyssa Ochoa
The San Antonio Vascular and Endovascular (SAVE) Clinic
The Service Award
Dr. Lyssa Ochoa is a board-certified vascular surgeon and founder of the San Antonio Vascular and Endovascular Clinic (The SAVE Clinic) in South San Antonio. The mission of The SAVE Clinic is to reduce the number of diabetes-related amputations in San Antonio, which occur in rates up to 3 times the statewide rate in some of the city’s most underserved and socioeconomically challenged zip codes.
