Potluck Hospitality is seeking proposals from qualified restauranteurs to design, develop and operate an all-day

restaurant concept for the management of a full-service operation in San Antonio, TX located west of the San

Antonio River from the Historic Pearl District. The concept will serve as an engaging destination for the Pearl

neighborhood and local community, providing an unforgettable experience centered around food and hospitality.

Our goal is to partner with a restaurant team that will collaborate on shared vision and support corporate

initiatives to promote welcoming, safe, and joyful workspaces.
