San Antonio, Texas, January 5, 2022 – M.E. Allison & Co., Inc., the oldest privately owned full-service investment firm in the State of Texas announced today that Linde Murphy will be the firm’s new President. Murphy will be responsible for managing the San Antonio-based company alongside Chief Executive Officer Christopher Allison.

Linde has worked with M. E. Allison & Co., Inc. since 2012 as Chief Compliance Officer. From 2018 to 2021, she provided employer sponsored retirement plan consulting services through Argent Retirement Plan Advisors as Managing Director. She currently serves on the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Board of Governors, and previously on the FINRA Small Firm Advisory Committee, FINRA Southern District Committee, FINRA Fixed Income Committee and FINRA Regulatory Advisory Committee.

Murphy earned the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) Top Women Advisors Rising Star Award for two consecutive years (2021 and 2020). She serves currently as Chair of the board of KLRN- PBS San Antonio, a member of the board for the Las Casas Foundation and Advisory Board of San Antonio Botanical Garden.
